Please follow the steps below to learn how to add "dlive" as a destination to your Switchboard Account.

Part 1: Add dlive as a destination to your Switchboard Cloud Account.

Step 1

Log into your dlive account.

Step 2

Click on the "Camera" icon in the top right.

Step 3

You will be brought to the dlive dashboard.

Fill out the Stream Information. This information is required. Click Save.

Step 4

Click “Encoding Server Information.” A pop-up modal will appear.

Step 5

Click on the "REGENERATE SERVER URL" button.

Step 6

The Stream URL and Stream Key will populate their respective fields.

You will need this information to add dlive as a destination in Switchboard Cloud.

Step 7

Log into your Switchboard Cloud Account.

Click the Add Destination button. Select New Destination.

Step 8

Choose dlive from the list.

Step 9.

Click the COPY button next to the Stream URL and Stream Key from dlive and paste into the respective fields in Switchboard Cloud.

Great Job! You have successfully added dlive as a destination in your Switchboard Account.

Next start sending video from your encoder to Switchboard.

Confirm that the video is showing on the confidence monitor.

Hit the GO LIVE button to start sending the live video into your dlive channel.
